Colorado Springs Birth Photography: the Birth of Evelyn

Chelsey and Zach met me for coffee in early 2015. They had taken a hypnobirthing course with my beloved instructor, Katie Johnson, who had shown them some of my birth photography. From the moment I met Chelsey and Zach, I knew I'd love working with them: there was such a strong connection between the two of them, so much love and laughter. When I learned they'd be working with one of my favorite midwives- Jolene Hamann--I was thrilled. 

Chelsey texted me the day before she had her sweet Evelyn. We knew baby time was near. I packed my cameras and eagerly awaited their phone-call. Their story unfolds below:
