Denver Birth Photographer: the Love-Filled Hospital Birth of Quincy

I met Erin and Stephen for coffee several months before their due date. They shared a bit of their story with me...and it was already evident the place their little girl had in their hearts and lives. The anticipation for baby Quincy's arrival was palpable, and I couldn't have been more excited to be the birth photographer to capture this very special day. 

Erin texted me early Monday morning with the exciting news that contractions were regular and they were headed to Swedish Medical Center, a hospital in Denver. 

When I arrived, Erin was working through her contractions with such calmness and grace. Stephen stayed right by her side. 

Over the next several hours, I watched Erin and Stephen work together, laugh together, celebrate together. Erin had invited her family and dear friend to watch her birth...and I loved seeing the joy on their faces as baby Quincy entered the world.
