Denver Birth Photographer - the Hospital Birth of Baby Kai

I remember the day I met Carrie and her boyfriend well. She walked into the coffee shop and struck me immediately with her long blonde hair, adorable baby bump, and huge smile. We sat down to talk, and I loved hearing about their story and the excitement that was building as they waited to greet their little boy. 

Carrie hadn't planned on having a baby when she did, but when she found out she was pregnant, she was more than ready to take on motherhood. I loved that they wanted to hire a birth photographer...because it's something that a lot of first time parents regret not doing. They knew they wanted to remember these first moments together, and I'm so glad they hired me to document their beautiful story. 

Carrie was happy and peaceful throughout her labor and birth. The look on her face and the faces of her loved ones says everything: baby Kai is surrounded by so much love.
