Denver Birth Photography - A Fast and Peaceful Third Birth

Michelle is a local Denver photographer, and when she found out she was expecting her third baby...she contacted my about birth photography. I love working with fellow photographers for many reasons, but Michelle ended up becoming a good friend over the course of time we worked together. When I had my second baby, Michelle came over to do a newborn lifestyle session. We have several of her images hanging up in our home! Michelle's birth story is one of my favorites. She called me on a Sunday afternoon...saying she was six centimeters dilated but contractions were still very manageable. I decided I'd join them at Lutheran Hospital even though she thought we still had time. Sure enough, shortly after I arrived, she went into hard active labor and within minutes she had made her way to the bed and was ready to deliver her baby boy. Baby Henry came into the world quickly but through it all Michelle remained so peaceful, so connected. I was able to return to Lutheran the next day to capture her two older children meeting their baby brother. They were ecstatic, to say the least!
