Denver Birth Photographer - the Mountain Midwifery Birth of Rosemary

I've had the privilege of working with Karen many times. She is one of Mountain Midwifery Center's incredible nurses...and has provided exceptional care for many of my clients. When I found out she was pregnant, I was so happy for her and her family, and incredibly honored that she reached out to me about birth photography. Karen was able to give birth at Mountain Midwifery Center - the same place where she works - and she had an incredible team of women (her co-workers) surrounding her on her birth day. She went into labor in the morning, and soon after...her entire birth team joined her at the center. During the next hours, Karen labored with immense strength and grace. Her birth took longer than she anticipated, but through it all, she relied on a deep reserve of courage and perseverance. When her baby finally made her way into our world, the room filled with cheers and tears. She was here. She was perfect.
